Time to realise your New Year’s resolutions, and finally give your body and soul the attention it deserves! Yoga is an ideal means to increase your energy, while at the same time reducing stress.
During this 2 hour workshop the principles of Vinyasa Yoga will be taught. In a relaxed pace the figures will be explained and shown by the teacher. After you will try to do it yourself, with help of the teacher. You go as far as you feel comfortable. There are many adaptations for less experienced or less flexible people.
Yoga mats are provided for. You just need to bring some sport clothes (no shoes).
